Ways to Get Involved
GIVE
We are a 501-c3 faith-based non-profit in the state of Illinois. The majority of our funding comes from the financial partnerships of individuals, churches, and businesses in our community. Your gift goes to helping women and couples learn the truth about their options, empowering them to choose life for their children.
100% of donations are tax-deductible. Would you consider a one-time gift or become a monthly supporter?
SERVE
There are many different ways you can get involved and it truly does take people serving at each level for us to serve our clients well!
If you don't have time to volunteer on a weekly basis inside the center, there are other opportunities such as church connections, special projects and more. Contact us to learn more. Together we can build a culture of life!
Make an Impact All Year Long
Ongoing events for throughout the year - contact us to start an event at your church!
Throw a baby shower
Would your group/church consider hosting a baby shower for our new moms and dads?
Most of our clients do not have a strong support system. We do our best to provide them with as many new items as we can at the time of their delivery. Often, it's the only brand new items they receive.
Having your small group or your entire church throw a baby shower for our center is a tangible way to demonstrate God's everlasting love for them.
We would be happy to attend and provide a small presentation or we can send you some information (pictures or a short slide show) to share.
To organize an amazing outreach to benefit our clients, please contact us for more information: send us a message or call us directly. THANK YOU!!
Some of the needed items are:
-
diapers and wipes - especially large size diapers (3s, 4s, and 5s)
-
pack n plays (and pack n play sheets and mattresses - some clients use it as a crib)
-
formula and/or breastfeeding supplies
-
baby food
-
baby carriers and baby seats
-
high chair
-
strollers
-
toddler clothes up to 2T.
-
new or gently used car seats that are not expired
Baby Bottle Campaign
Take home one of our baby bottles and fill it with coins, bills, and checks to bless our patients who choose life for their unborn children. If you can’t make it out to get one of our bottles, just grab your own bottle or container (mason jars work great!) and fill it up. The bottles are also a great reminder to pray for the women and men we serve who are at-risk for an abortion. Pray for lives to be saved, changed, and transformed!
At the end of the campaign, the filled bottles are returned to our center and 100% of the funds raised are used to help new moms and dads that come through our doors.
One bottle filled up with silver coins equals approximately $30-$40. These consistent donations go a long way!
-
You can schedule the campaign at a time that works for you and your group. Any time of year is a good time for churches and community groups to hold a baby bottle campaign.
-
There is no conflict with other fundraising activities.
-
It’s so easy and fun. We encourage the whole family to be involved.
-
People simply put the coins in a bottle and return it when it’s full!
Start saving your change and start changing a life today! Bottles filled with coins, cash, and checks make a big difference for life!
Book a Speaker
We have been able to encourage and equip women and men that find themselves in unplanned pregnancies because of the support of local individuals, churches and groups. Are you looking to know more about us, our services or how you can get involved?
Our team has already partnered with pastors and community leaders to help them educate their constituents about our work and opportunities for service. We are excited to continue to help resource these relationships, to build new relationships, and share our vision for our community.
